Lace Flyer Kit (Single drive)
A high-speed flyer for spinning ultra fine (laceweight) yarns. Fits single-drive Traditional or Traveller.
Ball bearings, 3 special bobbins. Individually balanced flyer with ratios of 15, 20, 30, 40:1. Small 7mm (5/16") orifice, 3 large core bobbins included.

Quill Spindle
The Great wheel and charkha are ancestors of our modern flyer wheels. Both used the same principle to spin and store the yarn. The wheel was turned by hand and the yarn spun off the point of a quill. Then the wheel is turned the opposite way to wind the yarn onto the spindle.
Fits Traditional, Traveller or Elizabeth wheels, single- or double-drive. Instruction leaflet included.
