Postage

Items are in stock unless stated, or unless I have just run out.

I almost always dispatch within one working day, and usually the same day for orders placed before lunch. For UK I use Royal Mail first class which is usually next-day delivery. For Europe and the rest of the world, please see below.

If you would like guaranteed next-day delivery, please call the Handspinner HQ landline - 01530 413991 and I'll be able to tell you how much extra it would be. It's usually two or three pounds more depending on the weight of the parcel.

Postage is added and combined automatically when you click 'Add to cart'. In an ideal world, I would charge postage at cost, but for convenience with e-ordering I use the following table. If you spend more than £35 I will pay the postage.

Wheels and drum carders are post-free but UK only. They usually travel by Parcel Force 48, so you should receive yours within three days of placing the order.

Europe and the rest of the world

I can't post wheels, drum carders or looms outside of the UK because the shipping cost makes it prohibitive.

For anything else, free postage over £30 only applies to the UK. If you are outside the UK, please contact me before ordering so that I can tell you how much the postage will be.
