Acceptance of orders, returns and refunds policy
I aim to be as fair and reasonable as I can. Please be fair to me too.
If there is a problem with an item then please contact me. I'll try to resolve any problem as quickly and fairly as possible.
In line with distance selling regulations I must state that it's not my policy to refund the return postage where goods are returned without reason. Note that goods must be in original condition and notified within 7 days of receipt.
Being human I may make a mistake with pricing or listings. I usually honour smaller mistakes, but it's a common misconception that the retailer is always obliged to honour mistakes. It is my policy to simply refund any money paid if a significant mistake has been made with the price or description.
