To a lot of people, work is something you have to do 9-5 Mon-Fri, with a few weeks off a year, in return for the ultimate reward of retirement which can be earlier if you save enough. (And then some people can't cope with the lack of purpose or responsibility.) Sure, we all have to pay for the roof over our head and the lifestyle that we're used to. But there's nothing saying that you have to hate what you're doing while you're earning that money. I advocate doing something that makes you look forward to Monday morning rather than dreading it.
