This is the second of my Scrabble ideas. This is getting dangerously close to a running theme, if not a story arc. This is a common feature of comic strips (usually strips, I think, not so much the single-frame cartoon.) I've not gone there before, it seems a little bit of a cop-out compared to coming up with a new idea each time. Cop-out or not, these ideas started to flow, and so here they are.
What's more fun than a cuddle with a woolly critter?
Try completing a puzzle online - they have just the right number of pieces for a coffee-break challenge and you gradually reveal the cartoon.
